Our Story

Daniel, a first-generation beekeeper, discovered his passion for beekeeping after relocating to the countryside. His journey began in 2023 when a neighbor, noticing his growing interest, offered him a split hive. From that moment, Daniel was hooked.

Following his first honey harvest in 2023, Daniel shared the fruits of his labor with friends and family. Their reactions were overwhelmingly positive, with many saying they had never tasted honey so exquisite. It was then that Daniel realized he had something truly special.

In 2024, Daniel launched TheBeeChap™, offering the people of the UK a chance to enjoy the exceptional honey produced in Newent, nestled in the Forest of Dean.

His mission is to expand his apiary while educating others about the fascinating world of beekeeping and sharing the joy of local, great-tasting honey.
